Is there a lock-in contract?
The platform on its own is a daily subscription with no fixed term. Bundles that include hardware run on a 24-month term, after which the rate drops back to RM8/day and the device is yours. Leave before then and you settle whatever is left of the hardware balance.
What happens on a day with zero takings?
Nothing bounces and nothing is charged to a card. The day's deduction simply carries over and is collected from your next settlement, so quiet days never create a payment problem.
Do I really get every feature for RM8 a day?
Yes. One price includes the full POS, table and QR ordering, kitchen display, GrabFood and foodpanda integration, Treats loyalty, automated marketing, online ordering at 0% commission, bookings, invoices, GTO submission and accounting integrations. There is no add-on catalogue.
What if I already have my own hardware?
Then Qashier is just RM8/day on the device you own. Adding a terminal is RM1/day for the QashierXS, RM2/day for the QashierX2 or RM3/day for the QashierXL SLIM, with nothing upfront, and the device becomes yours at the end of the 24 months.
What do I save by paying two years up front?
Prepaying the full 24 months turns the hardware markup into a one-time incentive instead of a running charge. The platform alone is RM4,580, and bundles start at RM5,150 with the QashierXS. On the QashierX2 bundle the terminal is included outright; on the QashierXL SLIM, RM300 of the device cost still applies.
